Lucija Stramec is interested in the relation of light and material presence, which evokes reflection also on the spiritual dimensions of life and nature as the foundation of our existence. In her unique painting technique, using thin lines with a brush, she layers multilevel raster, defining the illusion of shapes on the image plane in the appearance of a monochromatic foundation.
